• Your remote will be processed for shipment within 5 business days, Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. You will be notified by email when your package has been processed. Your remote purchase will be shipped to you via USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation. Orders are usually received within 10 business days. Delivery Confirmation is not available on any International Purchases.

  All remotes are tested for function before shipment. ALL Butons on your remote will be tested and provided to you in working order. We test our remotes with Kent-Moore Keyless Entry Remote Tester. Your dealership may use this same tester. You will receive a fully-functionable keyless entry remote.

  However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the remote to us. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging & original purchase condition.

  We DO NOT accept your old, damaged remotes as a return.

  You must include your printed invoice with programming instructions (If Applicable) with your remote within 90 days of the shipment date of your item.

  Returned Orders with missing items or a remote that we DID NOT ship to you WILL be refused.

  We will not refund shipping/handling charges to you or pay for you to return your remote back to us, UNLESS we shipped an incorrect remote. INCORRECT means the FCC ID# that we shipped to you is the wrong in comparison to the remote you purchased. In this event, It is the customers duty to contact us within 72 hours to notify us of the potential problem. Returns that have been excessively used or damaged by the customer or claims over the 90 day Return period will be denied. Refunds are for the price of the Product only. No Exceptions. KeylessRemotesOnline.com is not responsible for any losses in the mail when you return your merchandise.

• Cancelling Your Order: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 72 hours AND before your item has been shipped to you.
